Issuing a copy of the Duty of Care waste transfer note for your IT equipment

Equipment is sorted and graded at our warehouse for reuse & materials recycling.

A complete inventory report detailing makes, models & serials numbers of all equipment collected from your premises is compiled.

All your companies identifying marks, asset tags & stickers are removed from the equipment. All hard drives & removable storage devices are wiped & certified to DOD-5220.M standard or above depending on individual customer requirements. We take data protection seriously & are registered with the Information Commissioners’ Office under the 1998 data protection act.

You receive a copy of the report & destruction certificates to demonstrate that your company has met their obligations towards the reuse and recycling of WEEE. This can be submitted to the Environment Agency if audited.
